KIM101/101E Final Make-Up Exam announcement

Dear Students,

The make-up exam for the final exam of KIM101/101E will be held on Tuesday, January 28, from 13:00 to 15:00 (the exam room will be announced later). Students who wish to take the make-up exam must apply to the "Student Affairs Office of their respective faculty" with a document justifying their excuse by Tuesday, January 21 at the latest. Additionally, they should inform the course coordinator (sutay@itu.edu.tr) via email that they have submitted their application. Only students whose official acceptance letter from their faculty have been sent to us will be allowed to take the exam.

Please do not forget to send an e-mail to the coordinator, this is essential to announce the student lists before the exam.




KIM 101/101E Final Mazeret Sınavı duyurusu

Değerli öğrenciler,

KIM101/101E dersinin final mazeret sınavı 28 Ocak Salı günü 13:00-15:00 saatleri arasında yapılacaktır (sınav salonu daha sonra duyurulacaktır). Mazeret sınavına başvuracak öğrenciler en geç 21 Ocak Salı günü mesai bitimine kadar "bağlı oldukları fakültenin öğrenci işlerine" mazeret gerekçelerini bildirir belgeyle başvurmalı ve aynı zamanda basvuru yaptıgına dair dersin koordinatörüne de (sutay@itu.edu.tr) e-postayla bilgi vermelidir. Yalnızca fakültesinden mazeret onayı yazısı koordinatörlüğümüze ulaştırılan öğrenciler sınava alınacaktır. Ilgili tüm öğrencilere duyurulur.

Lütfen sınav için başvuru yaptıktan sonra koordinatöre e-posta ile bilgilendirme yapmayı unutmayınız, sınava girecek öğrenci listesi buna göre duyurulacaktır.
