KIM101E Midterm-1 Make-Up Exam Announcement/KIM101 1.Vize Mazeret Sınavı Duyurusu

Dear Students,

The make-up exam for the first midterm of KIM101/101E will be held on Tuesday, April 29th, from 18:00 to 20:00 (the exam room will be announced later). Students who wish to take the make-up exam must apply to the "Student Affairs Office of their respective faculty" with a document justifying their excuse by Wednesday, April 16th at the latest. Additionally, they should inform the course coordinator (sutay@itu.edu.tr) via e-mail that they have submitted their application. Only students whose official acceptance letter from their faculty have been sent to us will be allowed to take the exam.

Please do not forget to send an e-mail to the coordinator, this is essential to announce the student lists before the exam. Do not also forget to note your Name, Student ID and CRN of your KIM101E course.

Değerli öğrenciler,

KIM101/101E dersinin 1. vizesinin mazeret sınavı 29 Nisan Salı günü 18:00-20:00 saatleri arasında yapılacaktır (sınav salonu daha sonra duyurulacaktır). Mazeret sınavına başvuracak öğrenciler en geç 16 Nisan Çarşamba gününe kadar "bağlı oldukları fakültenin öğrenci işlerine" mazeret gerekçelerini bildirir belgeyle başvurmalı ve aynı zamanda basvuru yaptıgına dair dersin koordinatörüne de (sutay@itu.edu.tr) e-postayla bilgi vermelidir. Yalnızca fakültesinden mazeret onayı yazısı koordinatörlüğümüze ulaştırılan öğrenciler sınava alınacaktır.

Lütfen sınav için başvuru yaptıktan sonra koordinatöre e-posta ile bilgilendirme yapmayı unutmayınız, sınava girecek öğrenci listesi buna göre duyurulacaktır. Koordinatöre gönderilecek e-postada ad soyad, ögrenci no ve dersin CRN kodunu belirtiniz.
