Değerli Öğrenciler,

KIM101/101E dersinin final sınavı mazeret sınavı, 18 Haziran 2026 Perşembe günü saat 17.30–19.30 arasında FEB D-102 ve D-104 numaralı sınıflarda yapılacaktır.

Mazeret sınavına başvuracak öğrenciler, en geç 12 Haziran 2026 Cuma günü mesai bitimine kadar bağlı oldukları fakültenin öğrenci işleri birimine mazeret gerekçelerini belgeleyen evrakla başvurmalı; ayrıca başvuru yaptıklarına dair dersin koordinatörüne (Doç. Dr. Fuat Topuz – topuzf@itu.edu.tr) e-posta ile bilgi vermelidir. Yalnızca fakültesinden mazeret onayı yazısı koordinatörlüğümüze ulaştırılan öğrenciler sınava alınacaktır.

Fakülteye başvuru yaptıktan sonra koordinatörü e-posta ile bilgilendirmeyi lütfen unutmayınız; sınava girecek öğrenci listesi bu bilgilendirmelere göre belirlenip duyurulacaktır. Koordinatöre göndereceğiniz e-postada AD SOYAD, ÖĞRENCİ NUMARASI ve dersinizin CRN KODU bilgilerini mutlaka belirtmeniz gerekmektedir.

Dear Students,

The make-up exam for the final of KIM101/101E will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 17.30 to 19.30 in classrooms FEB D-102 and D-104.

Students who wish to take the make-up exam must apply to the Student Affairs Office of their respective faculties, with a document validating their excuse, by Friday, June 12, 2026, at the end of the business day. In addition, they must notify the course coordinator (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fuat Topuz – topuzf@itu.edu.tr) by e-mail that they have submitted their application. Only students whose official faculty approval letters have been forwarded to our coordination office will be admitted to the exam.

Please do not forget to send this notification e-mail to the coordinator after applying to your faculty; the list of eligible students will be finalized and announced based on these notifications. In your e-mail, please be sure to include your NAME, SURNAME, STUDENT ID, and the CRN of your KIM101/101E course.
